Purchase & Ordering

1. How do I place an order?

You may place an order after:

  • Product discussion and selection

  • Site measurement (where required)

  • Deposit payment

Orders are confirmed only after measurements and selections are finalised.


2. Do you sell ready-stock or off-the-shelf items?

No. All our products are custom-measured and made to order.
We do not keep ready-stock doors or windows.


3. Is a deposit required?

Yes. A deposit is required to:

  • Secure materials

  • Reserve fabrication and installation slots

Deposits are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.


4. Can I change my order after confirmation?

No. Changes to design, colour, or product type are not allowed once fabrication has started.


Site Measurement

5. Is site measurement necessary?

Yes. Site measurement is mandatory as HDB, BTO, and private properties vary in size and condition.


6. When will site measurement be arranged?

Site measurement is arranged:

  • After initial discussion, and

  • Upon scheduling confirmation

We will contact you to confirm the date and time before visiting.


7. What if I am not available on the scheduled measurement date?

Please inform us in advance.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in rescheduling delays or additional charges.


8. Can I proceed without site measurement?

No. Orders cannot proceed without confirmed site measurement.


Delivery

9. Do you provide courier or standalone delivery?

No. Delivery is bundled with installation and is not offered as a standalone courier service.


10. Is delivery included in the price?

Yes, unless stated otherwise.
Additional charges may apply for special access conditions (e.g. no lift, restricted access).


11. Can I choose a delivery time?

Delivery and installation are arranged by appointment, subject to route planning.
Exact timing cannot be guaranteed.


Installation

12. When will installation be scheduled?

Installation is scheduled after:

  • Site measurement

  • Final confirmation

  • Deposit payment

Estimated timelines vary by product type.


13. What are the estimated installation timelines?

Typical lead times (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays):

  • Bifold Doors: 5–7 working days

  • Slide & Swing Doors: 14–21 working days

  • Bedroom Doors: 14–21 working days

  • Main Doors: 14–21 working days

  • Fire-Rated Doors: 21–28 working days


14. Do you offer same-day or urgent installation?

No. Same-day or urgent installation is not available.


15. What should I prepare before installation?

Please ensure:

  • Clear access to the work area

  • Site is ready and free from renovation clashes

  • Someone is present for handover


16. What if the site is not ready on installation day?

If the site is not ready or access is denied:

  • Installation may be postponed

  • Re-delivery or rescheduling charges may apply


17. Can installation be postponed after confirmation?

Postponements are subject to availability and may affect your installation queue.


18. Do you remove old doors or frames?

Removal is subject to prior agreement.
Additional charges may apply for removal or disposal.


After Installation

19. What should I do after installation?

Please inspect the installation on the spot.
Any concerns should be raised immediately during handover.


20. Can I request a refund after installation?

No. As products are custom-made, refunds are not applicable after installation.


21. What if I am unhappy after installation?

If there is a genuine issue related to manufacturing or installation, please notify us promptly so we can assess and assist where applicable.
