1. Coverage Area

GetRich Doors & Windows Trading Pte Ltd provides delivery and installation services within Singapore only. We do not ship internationally.

2. Nature of Delivery

Our products (doors, windows, grilles, gates, and related fittings) are custom-measured and fabricated.
As such:

• We do not offer courier or postal shipping

• All deliveries are tied to scheduled installation appointments

• Products are not dispatched as standalone parcels

3. Site Measurement Requirement

All orders require site measurement before fabrication.

• Measurements are arranged by appointment after order confirmation

• Fabrication timelines only commence after site measurement and deposit collection

• HDB, BTO, and private property openings vary and cannot be assumed as standard sizes

4. Estimated Delivery & Installation Timeline

Estimated timelines (subject to site conditions and production load):

Timelines exclude Sundays and Public Holidays.

5. Delivery Charges

• Delivery is bundled with installation and not charged separately unless stated

• Additional charges may apply for:

  • Staircase carry-up (no lift access)

  • Restricted access or special handling

  • Re-delivery due to site not ready or customer unavailability

Any additional charges will be communicated in advance.

6. Scheduling & Access

• Delivery and installation are performed strictly by appointment

• Customers must ensure:

  • Clear access to the installation area

  • Site readiness on the scheduled date

  • Presence of a responsible person for handover

Failed access or last-minute postponements may incur rescheduling fees.

7. Partial or Staggered Delivery

For multi-item orders:

• Installation may be carried out in stages, depending on product readiness

• Separate appointments may be arranged if items have different fabrication timelines

8. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

• Material supply issues

• Weather conditions

• Building management restrictions

• Festive peak periods

GetRich Doors & Windows Trading Pte Ltd shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

9. Self-Collection

Self-collection is not encouraged and subject to approval.

• Products are bulky and fragile

• Improper handling may result in damage

• No liability will be borne by the company once items are collected without installation

10. Acceptance of Delivery

Upon completion of installation:

• Customers are advised to inspect the products on the spot

• Any concerns should be raised immediately during handover

• Subsequent claims related to delivery condition may not be entertained
